I use this once or twice a week to condition my scalp and let the residue nicely coat my hair after a scalp massage. It feels like a dry oil so my hair does not get too greasy. Since I have finer hair, I tend to leave it on just overnight but those with thicker or coarser hair can definitely use it as a leave-in conditioner during the day. The smell is pleasant and I am noticing a healthier scalp (i.e. not as itchy or dried out). I'm 35 years old, but my 60 years old mother-in-law also uses it and notices that she has less hair fall. She enjoys using it as a spot-treatment.

I used to color my hair before I discovered the magic of Ruby's hair oil and Henna. Phool Patti henna gives color, but conditions my hair that I have reduced my use of separate conditioner after hair wash. I first noticed the Phool Patti herbal hair oil made by Ruby when my wife got it home for her and my daughter. Out of curiosity as well as to help with my thinning hair, I started using the oil. Within few months, I could feel the difference in strength of my hair, the quality of my hair. Now I order my own bottle and apply almost every other day in evening.

Aroma of oil is pretty strong so I prefer to apply it before sleeping.

I have been using this hair oil for the last 2 years or so. It is truly amazing. I bought it on impulse when I went for a facial and have been hooked ever since. It give a nice sheen and texture to the hair. It reduces hair fall and I feel it definitely has helped hair growth and thickness for me. I hardly have any grey and do not color my hair and I feel this oil contributes to that as well. Overall my hair is healthier after I started using it. One bottle last a long time even though it feels pricey so it definitely is worth it.
